William J Coonan - F.I.A.V.I. Managing Director
He joined the family firm of Coonan Estate Agents in 1961 and has worked at the same throughout the intervening period. He initially was assistant to Dick Brophy who managed the firm and in 1971 became joint Managing Director with his mother. He became Managing Director of the firm in 1985 and has changed the focus of the company from a predominantly farming & stud farm focus to encompass the progressively urban atmosphere of its catchment area. As a result, substantial growth has occurred within the company in residential sales, development land sales, associated new residential developments, mortgage and investment packages.

Will Coonan - Director, BSc (Hons), Assoc., SCSI
Will joined the firm in 1997 and worked in the Residential property field for 3 years. He now specialises in a full consultancy service including acquisition, sales, valuations and appraisals. He is also involved in Commercial Valuations and Compulsory Purchase Orders.

Philip Byrne - Director, M.Agr.Sc., Assoc., SCSI
Having previously worked in Agricultural Consultancy, Philip has an in depth knowledge of the estate agency business. He specialised in all aspects of the country land and house market and has considerable experience of compulsory purchase work in the Meath, Kildare and Westmeath area. He is also active in the Development Land sector, offering sale, valuation, acquisition and consultancy services.

Susan Kirk - B.Agr.Sc. M.I.P.A.V.
With over 16 years experience of working in the sale and valuation of Country property, Susan specialises in the Farm and Period House sector. She is also involved in land valuations and Compulsory Purchase Order work.

Niamh OLoughlin - Residential Letting Manager
Niamh joined the Residential Letting Department over six years ago and is now heading up this department. Concentrating on lettings in the West Dublin / North Kildare Area with clients ranging from multi-nationals to private individual tenants.

Patricia Cahill - Manager
Patricia Cahill has worked with Coonan Mortgage Group for over 15 years, taking over as manager of the department in 96. Specialising in Homeloans, Buy to Let loans, and Commercial Lending. Lending is also available for the specialised area of housing development, from purchase of green field site to sale of houses.
